Prison Ministry

While most people gather for worship in churches on a Sunday, the prison ministry team meets with a group of prisoners at the Sungai Buloh and Kajang prisons for worship services. The team meets them for Bible Study on different days at the two prisons.

Courses For Newly-Released Inmates

Our volunteers conduct Alpha courses at various venues including a government drug rehabilitation centre in Sungai Besi, a half-way house for male inmates (Second Chance Community Home) who are newly released from prison; and also a house of restoration for women (Rainbow House), particularly those imprisoned by the bondages of addiction.

A Bible correspondence course uniquely designed for prisoners and former prisoners from Crossroad Bible Institute (CBI) in the Chinese language is also conducted at various centres.
