SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENTS’ MINISTRY
Many secondary school students live in hostels near their schools during the school term and only return to their parents’ homes in the remote villages at the end of the school year. They are unable to return home during the short school term breaks because of costly travelling expenses and the time taken over long distances to reach their villages and back again to school. There are at least five short school term breaks including mid-term breaks and during festivals.
